The Runner’s Flat trail races took place this past weekend outside Cedar Falls and despite conditions forcing an altered course, race organizers did an amazing job as always of providing runners a beautiful course and a fun race experience!
Congrats to all finishers in the 50k, 25k and 10k and special kudos to the Trail Division No Coast runners closing out an awesome year of racing dirt on the No Coast! Most Trail division award standings are pretty locked in now but there’s still plenty of moving & shaking possible in the Ultra divisions at this weekend’s Mines of Spain 100mi/100k up in Dubuque!
