The 2026 NCTS consists of 11 events taking place in the following order.

• Team Red Shamrock Trail Challenge – April 4th – Coralville
• Sunderbruch B&B Trail Races – May 16th – Davenport
• Crater Trail Run – June 6th – Decorah
• Schuetzen NEIN! Hour Endurance Run (9hr timed event) – June 20th – Davenport
• Lake Macbride Trail Races – July 18th – Solon
• Mines of Spain Trail Races – August 8th – Dubuque
• ScoCo50 – August 29th – Long Grove
• Booneville Backroads Ultra – September 5th – Booneville
• Pleasant Creek Trail Run – September 12th – Palo
• Swiss Valley Trail Races – October 3rd – Peosta
• Mines of Spain 100 – October 16th-17th – Dubuque
